Waited for a connect...
Waited for a connection for 2 weeks, even now still no internet 😔

We understand how frustrating this must be, especially after waiting so long for your connection and still not having internet access. Delays like this can be very discouraging when you’re expecting to be up and running.
We’ve had a look at your account and can see that activation was completed today. On further review, it was picked up that the router was connecting with an incorrect password, and this has now been corrected remotely.
Please restart your router and then reconnect to the WiFi using the details on the sticker attached to the router. This should restore your internet access.
