Vumatel + MWEB cancelled my account without authorisation !

The saga continues between MWEB and VUMATEL. Just been on the phone VUmatel has once again not heard from MWEB and the VC number given BY MWEB is incorrect. Mweb now indicates escalation was nobly done at 11.55 I have even on the Phoebe since earlier this morning. No idea when the VC will created. Remain unconnected. Amazing the amount of verifications I have gone through today for my call to be addressed but no verification was done when my account was cancelled. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE! Teresa McCue *** ***
