Vumatel / Mweb

I still await for Mweb or vumatel to try and do something good. I advised the agent i Spock to like weeks ago that i wanted the payment i paid on the 3rd of May to carried over for my June payment. I called in yesterday and a agent told me that they do not do that they will have to give me a refund which was sent thought weeks ago. the agent told me it takes up to 15 days. i still have not gotten even feedback from mweb or vumatel. And when you call in, you have to use your own airtime and still wait on the line for over 20 mins just to get help and still you don't get thing out of it.
