Vumatel and Mweb the worst....

Vumatel the person who was capturing my details, entered incorrect numbers and name. I only received communication via emails. The installation they took time. After that I called until they changed my contacts number in which an OTP Registration was sent to Mweb.Then I waited for 2 weeks to get a password upon receiving it, the password is incorrect. I've sent emails and tried calling they still can't help. I'm on my 3rd week with a wifi that has an incorrect password. Mweb is the worst when they reply to their emails they are not even helpful. They are just saying sort yourself out we got the money
