Vumatel and Mweb- Oil and Water

After another shot at the whole fibre thing, we’ve still had no luck with more false promises from Mweb. I’m tired of hearing the words “We’ll see what we can do”. Less talk more walk!

And if Vumatel could start provisioning rather than saying that they are, it would be great.
