VUMATEL and MWEB a TOTAL DISASTER

MWEB is easily the worst ISP in South Africa. Had a Vumatel Line installed in February 2025, everything worked perfectly until 01 March 2025. Since then (now 26 March 2025), I have had no service. Vumatel sent a technician, comfirmed issue with MWEB. Called MWEB (at least 15 times at a cost of over R400) as they do not answer phones and the 'CHAT' feature on their website is non-existent, they claim it is Vumatel. Absolutely no customer care and no effort to resolve from MWEB, yet still have to pay monthly premium. Have just cancelled MWEB Service and been charged R3,000 for the Vumatel Line Installation - which has never worked since 01 March, - this is plain *******.
