VOIP Parting is non existant

In November my company signed up for VOIP, my lines were supposed to be ported in December

We are in APRIL.. That's 4 months plus a bit since my lines were supposed to be ported and still NOTHING. I get told every single time that I call them that someone will get back to me before the end of the business day... So, now I am convinced that the people who are supposed to call me get eaten by lions or something just before they push dial... Then when I get given an email addresses... "Here's my email address... *************@mweb.com" they all have deivery failure, every single time.

The 1 Star is because the technician helped me setup my TEMP lines propertly in JAN... Since then no one at MWEB has been able to do anything for me.

This is pretty pathetic.
