VOIP App Not working

It has been painful trying to add the setting to the VOIP applications for mweb further more the is no support whatsoever, Left a query online on the 25/05/2020, been trying to call technical department for for 2 days easily spent close to 5 hours holding on for an agent. But, get this, the sales department picks up within 5 minutes. today is the 27/05/2020 still no calls from their agents. I actually thought this was a good company but now I see the support is not there.
