Virtual Server not delivered

I needed a virtual server in a hurry , subscribed through MWEB and completed the online process and than - NOTHING ! <br> <br> Went with another ISP and got a server in under an hour and got on with testing.<br> <br> Mweb sent a confirmation a week later , once issue I needed to test for was long resolved and closed and now are billing wanting a calendar mouth notice to cancel.<br> <br> Small money really and I will probably end up paying but big red flag for your business ethics and EQ <br> <br> )
