VERY VERY VERY BAD ASSISTANCEE
live chat.. you wait for HOURS. the do not come back to you or just cut you off. If you make a call you also wait for hours because you always stay on caller number 2 or 3 or 4 for more than two hours. Pensioners do not have the money to pay for all these calls
