Very veery bad non existing servoce

4 months lo g i tried to get fibre from mweb, i paid, then agter month they was here for 10 min and left for fibre, then got mail said my router is on its way, i recieved the router today, just now 1 mi uteago theycontact me and said i was rejected because there no fibre line , while there is a line! Mweb have no clue what to do , they totally usesss and ***********!!! Going to reverse my money now, yes i have all the mails and calls recoredes.
