Very Upsetting Service!

Extremely upset, they have cancelled the wrong subscription on my account asked them to reinstate it but it took them forever. Felt like a ping pong ball being toss between departments, spent more than 3 hours on the phone listening to the music. Been a loyal customer for years but today really felt like leaving because of the poor service. Missed all my meetings on Friday and Saturday because of their mistake and incompetence to sort it out efficiently.
