Very Unhappy!!!!

I’ve recently relocated from Krugersdorp to Centurion and need my fibre installation moved. I’ve provided all the details and paid the money and mweb said the order is placed and is with openserve and would take less than 2 weeks. 2 Weeks have passed now and still nothing! I contacted openserve and they told me I must deal with mweb. I’ve tried numerous times now and each time I manage to speak to someone they cut me off. I’m very disappointed!!!
