very shocking service from mweb and their unprofessionals on call center

i have received the worst service of my entire life from this people .10 days after signing with them i have been calling to get an installer at my house as they promise.every time i call i am told they will escalate.nobody calls me and the people working for this company on the phone are very rude ,unhelpful and unbothered .the last guy i spoke to today i had to literally beg him to talk to me on the phone .the worst of it all is the fact that im billed for service im not getting a
