Very sad and unhappy customer.Im being ill treated.Poor communication system

I'm am genuinely struggling to get through to them.Their phone never gets answered.They send you a pin way too late.My account has been paid and proof of payment sent.Still my service is not reconnected.I am very sad and unhappy.
