VERY POOR SERVICES FROM MWEB
I signed with Mweb and paid on 20 March for them ti install wifi at my premises snd they said to me since the line was already there, left by previous occupant it will take 72 hours to install, 20 days later I am still waiting and they don't even bother to phone and give an update. When i phone them they always say we will phone you back, and that never happens, they even went up to say that their they tech says my phone is not reachable of which is a lie, have spent more than R400 phoning them and to speak to a consultant always take plus 45mins, holding to be the first on the que....I wonder if that's how they operate after getting payments from their customers, My last call Sandy refered me to Tamika or Tarnika not sure if I spelt it right, she promised to call me but as usually she followed the suit as well.....Disappointed with you Mweb
