Very poor services

What a dissapointment!!! - my journey with MWeb and Vumatel had not even started yet and from the onset I cannot even get connected, the account has been paid upfront as per the process and I am still down with "no internet" - there was apparently an issue in our area but I am still down...MY JOB DEPENDS ON ME HAVING INTERNET ACCESS, I WORK FROM HOME...WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO CONE AND FIX IT....IT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DOWN IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE ITS A NEW INSTALLATION - WHAT'S THE PROBLEM...THIS NEEDS TO BE ESCALATED IMMEDIATELY AND RESOLVED!!!!
