Very poor service regarding installation and feedback

MWeb was fast to subscribe me for a new service, but there it stopped. Their installation team came to install the fiber line to my house, however, they could not get it working and promised to return the next day to fix the problem. It is now 3 weeks later and no further news from them. I contact them day after day, spend an average of 45 minutes per day in the queue to speak to someone. This person then make a promise to follow up and give me an update. This never happens and I end up i the queue again. My last effort was on 29 Jan 2018 when the person at the call center effectively told me to wait until they get to me. I asked to speak to the manager. I was put in contact with Widaad, who promised to follow up and call me on 31 January 2018 to provide me with feedback. Widaad did not keep her promise, so today, 1 February, I spent my 40 minutes in the queue again and eventually spoke to Linda. Linda promised me that she would make sure that Widaad calls me back today to give me feedback. Now it is wait and see - from past experience I am not holding my breath. When asking for an email address, to avoid me sitting in the queue again (due to MWeb's non performance, Linda refuses. In other words, absolutely no respect for my time. If it goes like this now already, what is going to happen later......?

It is now almost two weeks later, and still no word from Widaad or Linda, despite their promises to come back to me a long time ago. Based on my experience with MWeb so far, I can certainly not recommend them to anyone.

It is now well over month since I subscribed to MWeb fibre. Long phone calls result in staff promising to phone me back the same day, however, none of this has happened yet. Absolutely no feedback. When I ask to cancel and go to a different service provider, I am told that they have 45 days to install. I reckon this excuse is also running out now... Sorry, but I certainly cannot recommend MWeb for fibre services.
