Very poor service from such a well known company, I didn't expect this!

This doesn't even deserve a star. I was charged before my router was delivered. Somehow their courier marked it as delivered because I postponed the delivery date. When the router was delivered, there's no internet. I called and I was number 28 for 15 minutes until I decided to drop the call. Then later I called and I was number 25,then I gave up on calling. So I downloaded the app and logged the query, after I logged online, no luck. Till today my fibre isn't connected. Very poor service from such a well known company, I didn't expect this!
