Very poor service and an unprofessional company

This company is very unprofessional, they will never attend to enquiries but they will be too quick to send email saying you didn't make a payment 3days after the payment was done, very unprofessional to send clients messages more than once before investigating and adding debit order charges to an account that has been paid already when infact it's your company that's *********** and failing to do their jobs
