Very poor service

Very poor service. No feedback trying to resolve a billing issue and no one can provide me with information. Refunds doesn't happen as promised i even hold 48.45 min on a call with no assistance. Every day i call it is a different explanation. Promise to phone back. Escalate to Management request phone call. No follow up yet no phone call back.
