Very poor service

I'm very unhappy. I have waited over 2 weeks for this installation between MWeb and Openserve. You can't get hold of anyone. Phone the call centre, wait half an hour to speak to someone, they say they will escalate. Yet I still sit without my connection. I'm VERY unhappy with the service so far and thinking of cancelling this order. If its so bad before I even start, how bad will it be once connected? Very very disappointed.
