Very Poor Mweb ISP

It is sad that I have to resort to writing here on the very poor service and non feedback from Mweb. I have been offline since Monday morning in the San Remo Strandfontein area, and have tried to contact Mweb as my ISP with no response on WhatsApp, their App, email, with only their general responses. I even called spending more R80 airtime when I eventually got to an agent after 45 minutes, just to be cut off with no return call. I am still offline and purchasing data to keep my business running. Very dissapointing....Not sure what valued client means or an agent will be with you shrotly means....I am looking for another service provider for sure.....
