Very Poor Internet Connection

I regret the day I took Mweb as a service provider on my fibre line, it a total waist of our money and time we always don't have internet connection to work and for the kids to continue with their schooling. When you call their call Centre they will tell you to switch off the router and switch it back on, when you log a call on their portal they will respond after 5 days. FOR PEOPLE LOOKING FOR SERVICE PROVIDER ON THEIR FIBRE LINE DO NOT USE MWEB YOU WILL REGRET IT, DON'T BE FOOLED BY THEIR PRICES
