Very poor Fiber service from MEEB and Vumatel

MWEB ABD VUMATEL have CONSISTENTLY provided a very poor poor fiber service to me. I am not getting value for money from my fiber package as access to fiber services and speed of services is very erratic and often not available. This has been going on for over a year now, so they have had more than enough time to get their act together.
