Very poor customer service and poor connection

I have been trying to get reach of them for the past 2 days with no luck. I have hold on the phone for more than 3 hours with no available agent because I chose an option of cancellation, but if I choose an option of new client I get agents, sales agents whom transferred me to the cancellation department with no luck of getting an agent. And on their website or app there is link of cancellation. I will never refer them to anyone
