Very poor customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service ! My installation was booked for 10 December at 8am. No one arrived, I phoned the call centre and waited 15 mins before someone answered, just to find out that they changed the date to the 13th December WITHOUT notifying me. I am not available the 13th December. No one has phoned me to reschedule a suitable time with me. Just received an email they won’t be doing my installation this year.
