Very low speeds with mweb

I am getting very low speeds. I have signed up with mweb for 2 months now. I am currently paying for 20mbps download/10mbps upload but very rarely even come close to 10mbps download. I have been querying through the app but all mweb tells me is that I must do speed tests and send results which I did and now I must connect a pc to the router via ethernet cable. Unfortunately I do not own a pc, which I did state to mweb but after that I get no response. I was with vodacom and very rarely I used to get low speeds like this. I mostly used to get higher speeds than what I was paying for but mweb doesn't care as long as they are getting their money every month.

I am very disappointed with this kind of service from a supposedly reputable company. I really hope someone can contact me and sort out my issue as I am tired of contacting you guys.
