Very horrible experience regarding their service and product

I'm very angry and frustrated,I'm a customer of mweb,I purchased a wifi with you guys in July I paid and they came to install,August I couldn't make payment because I had problems and bare in mind the consultant never explained to me if I don't pay for the month my contract will be canceled she only said if I decide to cancel the order,il be charged a fee,I ddnt cancel anything but the decide to cancel the account and charge me without calling me,also they consultatant didn't share the terms and conditions after the call,now they saying I'm owing R3600 when I queried about the account and they have sent me to creditors,I can't pay for something I didn't cancel,who ever that canceled my account must state why they canceled it because I ddnt request for a cancelation and a recoding was sent to me but I ddnt hear the consultant telling me about not paying will cause any cancelation please investigate more on this matter.

Their service is very bad 👎 I've never had such horrible experience in my life,they don't solve the problem instead they take you to creditors to charge you more money even when it's not your fault,il never ever open an account with mweb and they have more bad reviews then good to show how bad their service is,my data even finished before the month end and we hardly at home 🏡.

Won't even recommend you to anyone horrible service that you guys give
