Very helpful and great feedback

While migrating to MWeb from another ISP one sales consultant gave me bad information which could have impacted me at my work. After speaking to Sha all questions were addressed and my order was processed quickly while I was on the line. Also once the order had successfully been completed Sha called me to let me know so that I would not have to worry. Very professional and helpful service from MWeb. This is a good way to start a customer relationship. Thank you :)
