Very good and patient customer service

I am happy with how Mweb is patient with my requests and complains as I have been ill treated by an ISP that starts with a V and gave me troubles with cancellation everytime I call Mweb to get my issue sorted Mweb agents that I speak to find all possible solutions to help and call me back to give me feedback very quickly I spoke to alot of agents but the Names I remember is Thando whom I spoke to on Tuesday the 15th of August 2023 and today 17th August 2023 I spoke to Esethu and I had the best service The rest of the agents I spoke to whom their names I don't remember I would love for Mweb to check their call logs I want to commend them for a job well done you can send me an email for my account number to see which agents helped me I'm happy with Mweb thank you
