Very frustrating Service Provider

Their tedious and complicated sign up process should've been my cue, but I decided to still give them a try. Unfortunately their support is worst, on a few occasions I waited on the line until I had to hung up because I couldnt through. I tried their chat option and on all 3 occasions, it took nothing less than 4-5 hours to get my issue resolved. The record for my most recent experience on the chat was reaching out to them at 8:45am, being sent from pillar to post until 14:30 where I was given an email to send my request only for them to tell me I have to wait another 24-28 hours to assistance.
