VERY DISSPOINTED

I'm extremely disappointed with this service. I have been having problems with the fibre due to the fibre being very slow and most of the time there is not network connection (buffing). I've being trying to phone but you guys never answer the phone and I sent numerous emails on the 16 of February 2025( REF NO: mweb***1) and the 19th of March 2025( mweb ***6) but no one responded until this day. I'm extremely disappointed and I would not recommend anyone to MWEB
