Very dissatisfied

No communication whatsoever from this MWeb. After signing up for their services, I only received one month of professional service. The problem started when I was moving to a new house, it took about a month for a new installation, then after the installation everything was fine until Friday 15 June, when my services were cut off. I tried to find out what was the problem since then, but no help. I've been calling them almost every 20 days but with no help. They keep on telling me they will escalate this but I'm still with no internet. Ref MWB***9, second one MWB***
