Very dissappointed in the service
<p>Hi i have being battling with mweb online gaming the actual reason why i got my internet ... Its being almost 6 months that i have such a bad lag on my online gaming my ping runs upto 800 and above. I have many times so they can help me then they help then it works for like a week im fuming with anger because now they want me to pay the full bill which is due but yet i couldnt play my online gaming properly. Then they say that section so and so says that they dont guarantee proper internet so i have to pay... So if my son who lives 2 streets away from and has the exact same internet as me from mweb has no problems with his online gaming at all and my friend that stays in brackenfell as also the same internet with mweb as me and also no problems with his online gaming so i want to know what the problem is its going on for 6 months now and no feedback from them only when they ask for the payment. And when i ask to speak to someone higher there isnt anyone. Im so disgusted and dissappointed in this service its unbelievable they need to sort my internet and my bill out asap ... </p>
Still the same problem nothing has being solved and now they have suspended my account but yet the account doesn't work properly so they all about the money and no service . They have now giving me 2 test accounts to try and see and when I use the test accounts then everything runs smoothly so there is definitely something wring with my account there is the proof but they still want the money and like I said I'm suspended but yet my account is fixed yet. They are greedy for money and don't care about customer service at all . It's all about them getting cash in their pockets disgusted in the service and I really thought they weren't like telkom but yes they are just as bad. Will not recommend anyone to go to mweb .
