VERY DISAPPOINTING

I have never dealt with acompany with such poor after sales service. You only get to speak to a human after holding on for anything in excess of 20 minutes. Nobody takes accountability. If they not sure how to help you, they send you back into the loop repeat your story from one person to the next and you eventually get cut off. You cant even get an email sent through to them, pathetic.
