Very disappointed with MWEB service

Our account got suspended! We could not understand why I needed to pay R1198.35? I phoned so they informed me that the R1198.35 is for January and February, which I did not know.. We did not leave enough funds in the account, as we only left enough for our monthly fee.. It's very sad to say that from the start I had an experience with MWEB. I was waiting for over a month for installation and activation! This is really disappointing having to wait so long to be activated, just to be suspended in a little more that a months time... :(

But what can we do obviously we are just a number to them! I just wish MWEB was as fast to complete our order as they are doing account suspensions.. MWEB could really do with improving on their communication skills, it's very difficult to get hold of them! What Value do you bring to the table?
