Very disappointed with mweb service

A Technician come to install last week Friday the installation was incomplete I have been calling since monday being transferred pillar to post spend over an hour on the phone being transferred and still did not get help even today my line is still not active called I was transferred the last agent I was transferred to by the name of Xoli from activation department hang up on me if the line got disconnected by mistake I believe a call back was supposed to be done since I have been calling since Monday.all I need is my line to be active coz I can't work without internet I regret choosing mweb
