Very disappointed with lack of response

I have used Mweb's services every time I've needed any type of internet connection and have always been very happy with the service and the pricing. This time, however, I'm really disappointed. I logged a request for fiber installation in mid-June. Somebody did come to install the cables etc in the house within 2 weeks but said that Vodacom need to pull the wire through to my street and they'd log the call. I have emailed once and phoned three times and each time I'm told it will be escalated. Two months lates and still nothing. Come on Mweb, you're better than that.
