Very disappointed in poor customer service

I am very disappointed with the service or lack of service from mweb and vumatel. i app**** for fibre on the 20 May till today am sent from pillar to post and using my airtime. I needed fibre asap and a month later still nothing, some service providers connected their clients in 2 days, what could be sooo difficult am tempted to seek other service providers!!! if calls are not cut no one gets back to you.
