Very disappointed and dissatisfied

MWEB wow wow what an appalling service and the lies you tell, saying our package has been upgraded and we paying for the upgrade but nothing was done. To call your contact center so many times without any help and being sent from pillar to post and not being assisted it is just wrong. The service is very unprofessional and disappointing. I am really thinking of changing service providers because wow wow @MWEB you are such a disappointment.
