Very disappointed

I signed up for fibre with Mweb because I thought they were a reputable company with good customer service to say I am disappointed in my experience after speaking to the sales consultant who sold me lies clearly is an understatement. Firstly there is no clear customer service number, the live chat feature is also useless agents wait until you leave the chat for them to respond. Finally I get a response and I am advised that frogfoot does not support my area why did I not get this information on day 1, why did I have to wait 10 business days. Can I get my R250 so that I can find a company that is serious about delivering this service. I would never recommend you guys to anyone.
