very disappointed!!!

I have never experienced such unfair treatment as a customer at MWEB. I have been sent from pillar to post despite having already paid for reconnection. It has now been four days, going into the fifth, and I am still unable to work. As a result, I am forced to spend additional money daily just to stay connected. This is unacceptable.
