Very Disappointed

It seems day by day this country is falling apart. I have been a loyal Customer with Mweb for years. Several times I could prove that my emails are not coming through. Yesterday the whole of Mweb was down and today only Junkmail gets through but important emails don't come through. When I called to report this I was cut off. When I called again they claimed it was a Technical problem with the Phone Lines. If Mweb has deteriorated by now to such an extent that they sit with Equipment that is not up to Standard and people that are *********** then they better think of getting their act together. I am about to find another Service provider!
