Very disappointed !!!!

I am actually shocked that the reason I went with Mwebb is because of the exact reason I left Telkom. Long queues worse than telkom, plus the only telephone no for Mwebb has now been out of order for two months. I am trying to query my account which seems to change on a monthly basis. Also a worry to me.
