very delayed and very pathatic response from mweb

I am using mweb as my adsl connectivity from last 3 year and its a business line, we are using mweb smtp to send emails out.. from last 5 days we are unable to send emails on multiple domains through their smtp and wrote email to technical department... they never rep**** my email from last 3 days n I sent that again with old ref and even then they never rep****.. finally I called them back for technical line and putting me on hold and handing over to each others they too 45 min to play and finally they gave 12 hrs more and put the phone down.... shame on this kind of service
