Very bad technical support

If it was possible to rate 0 i would have. Since 12 january i have been without internet and the support line is so busy i start from about caller 45 in line, the online tech support absolutely no help also. Waiting 2-3hours with no response and its costing me to buy mobile data everyday to hotspot for all my business devices
