Very bad service Mweb

In this day and age I was put on virtual hold for more than 60 minutes trying to get a person to talk to. My Wifi was installed on Saturday 14th December 2024, but Mweb is supposed to provide a router. It is impossible to get hold of anybody, as it seems Mweb has closed down for the year.
