VERY BAD SERVICE BY MWEB

I have been a customer for years and the last 5 days I am experiencing problems in getting my emails on my Iphone. I have an iafrica email account that was taken over by mweb years ago and now all of a sudden after Webafrica took them over, I cant get my emails on my phone. I have been trying to get hold of their support team on the phone, and have been waiting for 4 hours without success. I also tried the live chat online without any success. VERY BAD SERVICE. Will close my Mweb account after being a loyal customer for 30 years!
