VERY BAD SERVICE AT MWEB I STILL CANNOT WORK FROM HOME!!!!!

i called mweb today like 4 times, i got cut off first time no return call, second time my battery went flat, third time it cost me 135.00 all airtime spent as you have to wait each time for 20 minutes before you speak to someone yet they debit the full amount every month on the date without delay. NO SERVICE AND I STILL HAVE NO INTERNET. THE PERSON ON THE OTHER SIDE SAID THEY DO NOT CALL BACK IF WE ARE CUT OFF, FOURTH TIME ONLY I GET TOLD ITS METRO FIBRE ISSUE
